ChecKeg PRO
ChecKeg verifies keg cleaning and sterilisation processes by measuring key cycle parameters in real time. Six integrated sensors record temperature, pressure, conductivity, and liquid level throughout the cycle. The data is transmitted to the cloud via Wi-Fi, providing a record of each cycle for process monitoring and analysis.

Monitoring:
Six integrated sensors measure temperature at three points, as well as pressure, conductivity, and liquid level during the wash and sterilisation cycle. Head detection monitors the keg position in automated keg lines.
Connectivity:
Cycle data is transmitted to the cloud via Wi-Fi, allowing data to be accessed remotely across multiple users or places.
Data Platform:
The cloud platform stores cycle data and provides reporting and historical data analysis for process monitoring and quality digital documentation.

An intuitive interface supports straightforward day-to-day operation, with minimal training requirements and reduced risk of operator error.
